My son is now making homemade yogurt vegan yogurt for me and this milk is perfect for the project. It’s the most delicious yogurt I’ve ever eaten.!!!! and the milk is used in many other projects. It’s awesome for all the vegan dishes I make.

Makes great ninja creami ice cream
I use this coconut cream - no sugar to make the best ninja creami ice cream. This is the thickest and creamiest. It’s easy to use. Best price per unit I can find.

rancid? spoiled?
Rancid??First taste could only be described like old cigarettes meets spoiled dairy milk meets SOAP (which given the properties of coconut fat would when metabolized by micro critters weirdly make sense!).Second packet I opened today hoping to salvage it I had one half a teeny bite where maybe the spoilage didn't hit and it tasted like coconut. I got hopeful and took a larger lick of the cream on top and HOO there it was again that lovely flavor.I want to assume this is rancid bc the CONCEPT is lovely.One note I didn't see other reviewers mention is this is LIQUID/solid at cooler temps like fridge coconut milk.... in a PACKET meant more for cooking than drinking or pouring small amounts for coffee etc. I still like the concept of pure coconut milk but something went seriously wrong w this shipment.

Watery consistency
I loved this brand because it felt creamy and thick. I bought it a second time and I felt the difference: it had more water this time. I didn't like that, but it still tasted good.

Seller Made Things Right
Updated: the seller quickly fixed the problem and sent me a replacement with a much longer expiration date!The coconut milk is a good product. Unfortunately, the expiration date is April 25, 2025. That’s less than three months from when it was delivered.

Not a fan!
Was not a fan of this milk. I have been using coconut milk for years and this brand just didn't taste good. The first bag's taste was bad. The second bag was better but still did not impress me. I think first bag was spoiled. Haven't tried the other bags.
