Perfect!
I’m renting an apartment and this is the perfect solution. Had to order a different adapter from what was included but once I got it it was the easiest installation. Very little risk of leak, especially catastrophic leak since the water only runs when you turn it on. TDS of my tap water is 80-85, through the filter it’s 11-15. Delicious!

Thanks Sean and Ispring!!!
I can't say just how glad I am that I chose Ispring for my water filter needs!! I love this little portable system! It's easy to setup and use. It's easy to change filters too! Can't say enough about the customer service!!! Very nice ready to help solve your problem quickly! They have went above and beyond my expectations considering the issues I had were my own error! Top notch customer service! No I don't work for them lol. It's just the truth! The water I get from the system is great! Free of all the metals and nasty stuff in our county drinking water. V test the water regularly this little system meets our needs of 5 gals a day. I will say that to use this system you must have at least 50 psi water pressure or it won't work right. I have my water pressure set around 60 to 65 psi and it will make a gallon of water in about 3 mins! This systems has saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I was buying distilled water at a dollar 30 a gallon you do the math 5 gallons a day lol so if are thinking about buying a reverse osmosis filter system, be smart and give Ispring a try! You won't be disappointed!!! Thanks again Sean and Ispring!!!

A great water purifier for small spaces
After a year of use, I am very satisfied with the quality of water coming out of the RCT600, it is much better than tap water when compared based on TDS and taste. I also admit that finding a replacement part is also very difficult on the ispring website, with the RCT600, most of the replacement parts do not have a code to conveniently find a replacement part, this leads to having to ask for help from the iSpring customer service department ((because of this inconvenience, I only give 4 stars). The customer service department is great, especially John, who has been very helpful with technical issues.

Still awesome after one year
After 11 months I am still very satisfied about this unit. The purification rate is ~450 gallon a day for me. As long as I let it run for ~1 minutes before collecting water, the TDS would drop from tap 65ppm to <5ppm, with the lowest being 3ppm. I usually collect a few gallons each time. Recently I replaced both the 1st and 3rd stage. The new style 3rd stage (longer than original) needs 1-2 hour initial flushing after installation compared to the original one's a few minutes. Eventually the new 3rd stage can deliver 8ppm TDS. The unit is water tight. I lost my RO housing wrench, and John graciously sent me one. Overall perfect unit and customer service.

Water leak from valve adaptor and not replacement on Amazon. Hard to get replacement filters.
I got this product 4 month ago. Looking for a replacement ( iSpring FPAC17 Replacement Composite Filter for Thankless Countertop Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System RCT600) here in Amazon and they do not sell the replacement filter that should be changed every 6 months! The product reduce well the TDS but is very slow to deliver water and is most the wasted water than the filtered, also the taste is not as good as other ro filters I have used. Update: I contacted the company and they provided a link for ordering replacement filter. 2023 Update. 3 way water valve adapter leaking water everywhere and not replacement part, also water comes out from white discharging tube when using just water faucet without filtration ( doe to lack of seal of 3 way valve). You won't get any warning of when to replace the filters other than keeping track of time and filtration very slow . Do not find great value on the system unless you can not have other instead. It is very hard to get replacement filters, they are not showing in Amazon, Ordered some from Lowes and other vendors but sometimes the filters have same identification name and number but are too long and do not fit the system. Really a hassle this system that is not cheap at all.

Quick setup of quality filter
The RCT600 provides great tasting, high quality water in a smallish package. The only issue I had to sort out was obtaining the right aerator adapter to replace the existing junior size aerator of my kitchen faucet. This was solved by purchasing a 3/4" female to 55/64" male adapter, which then attached to the three way valve.I reached out to iSpring support with assistance related to this adapter, and I received a reply from Francis, who was a great source of help. He went above and beyond and reimbursed me the cost of the adapter by sending a free post carbon filter. I'm looking forward to continued business with iSpring.

Great Versatile On-The-Go Portable R/O System !
I am using this to fill up the water tanks on my boat when i hook up to municipal water at marinas (with a 3/4” hose adapter) and it works great. It takes a few hours to fill my 30 gal main tank but well worth it to have r/o water! This is a great versatile system. If I am in a hurry I can just fill the tank with unfiltered tap water and hook this r/o system up directly to the galley faucet. Be aware that waste/filtered water ratio may be a consideration when filtering at the faucet instead of prior to filling your tank in rv/boat: as half the water will be used to carry away brine in this configuration. Same with any/ most r/o systems. This is the most versatile on-the-go portable system option i could find and it’s great!
