Just spray water on them, because it is mesh it sticks to your eyelids

They are two half moon shapes next to each other. I use them together as an oval shaped piece. It took me a little practice but they didn't make one wide enough for me. These are less visible than the sticky back one I use. These have to be wetted to make them stick but they stay on really well.

Q: how do I know which ones to get (B, C or D)?

It depends on the shape of your eyelid and how much it droops. I feel that the only way you can know for sure is just to try a size and see if you get the results you want. Usually the more droop you have the wider tape you would want. Each person will be different. I hope that helps.

Q: How many pieces are on the roll?

A lot. Don't know how many but I've had the roll for a year, use them regularly, and still have a lot left on the roll.
