Dude. Pereg gets it right every time. I no longer have to interrogate my Moroccan and Syrian grandmas for their spice mix recipes. I have bought every single one of pereg's israeli/sepharadi spice mixes and I love them all! Do yourself a favor and stop agonizing over "how much clove and how much cumin was in this spice rub or was it the other one??" Trust me. These taste amazing, are perfectly balanced and will feel just like it was sneakily procured straight from Savti's kitchen.
