This will be the third one I have bought. The first one only came with one cord we just realized yesterday because we just started using it. We waited so long because we were having a sleep study done and wanted to see the difference.

I know that science is still emerging (even though the studies done so far are very promising) but I have to say that after using my mat for 40mins every day, for the past 3 weeks, has produced some noticeable results. Overall I just feel better. My inflammation is definitely down and I’ve noticed that I recover from workouts quicker. I am very interested in the studies done so far on how grounding helps balance hormones and I truly feel that it has made a difference. My mood is more stable, my pms symptoms are much lighter, and I have a feeling of being centered...it’s hard to describe that feeling but it’s very positive and calming. I may never know if it’s the mat that truly has helped these things, but I feel different enough that I will 100% continue to use it.
