I believe this supplement did help with my injury repair a great deal. I took it for 2 months and noticed a big difference in level of inflammation. Coincidence? Who knows, but it helped my feel less stiff. Must take it regularly though! Capsules are soft and fairly easy to swallow with big gulp of water. Would buy again :)

Published clinical trials showed that this substance is prescribed in ayurvedic (traditional) medicine. I am happy to report that it has worked in considerably reducing my knee pain, increasing my mobility. I stopped taking it as a kind of controlled trial, and the pain returned. So I took the Boswellia again, and after a week my pain is gone!
