Has the main components needed to fix a squeal
Liked that it had virtually all the possible parts it could need to fix a squeal. Dryer belt sizes vary so the dryer belt didn't fit my particular dryer, but everything was fine and my squeal was fixed!

Not as wide as the one I replaced but it's what was needed and works fine.
I was reluctant to buy this as the belt, I was replacing was 5/16 wide with 4 groves and 5 ribs but this size is not available anywhere so yeah, I bought this one and so far so good......

Good parts.
Perfect fit for my model Kenmore Elite dryer. Decent quality parts.

Whose idea were those little triangles?
Not the fault of the vendor, but who at Whirlpool decided those little plastic tri-rings were a good idea? I broke two of them trying to slide them past the first indent back to the second one. Why not just use snap rings like every other wheel-and-shaft combo? And all the YouTube repair videos cleverly gloss over that step. Nice. But I digress...Yes, these were the right parts. The second belt idler wheel is extraneous. I used the idler wheel assembly, which is easier to get on and off than the wheel itself. However, the extraneous wheel does some with a ninth tri-ring, which I needed, as described above. My only complaint is that the drum rollers were tight on their shafts initially. I know they're supposed to wear in, and they rotate slowly enough not to need lubricant, but it does seem a little hokey. The engineers who reverse-engineered these parts need to calibrate their calipers.

Great price, next day delivery, works great, exactly what I needed
Dryer idler locked up, so I ordered this kit to replace all the needed parts. Installation was easy. Nice and quiet again, runs smooth so far and hopefully for many more years.

Has a year warranty!
What I learned watching video on youtube, was you need some fine emery cloth to clean off the shafts that the rollers slide onto. That I did not have. I did have oil and paper towels so I cleaned the ones best I could and re-used some of the original rollers. This set seems to be decent quality and has one year warranty. I lubed the shafts with a drop or two of oil. Probably didn’t these parts at all. Didn’t use the belt. The video said it likely wouldn’t fit, or even be needed. We had a chirping/ annoying squealing sound from the dryer is why I ordered the kit. The original belt and all parts probably were just fine. Just needed removed and cleaned and lubed so they would spin. Lint had coated everything and the original lube was dry and most wheels did not spin freely when I got the machine torn down. Emery cloth highly recommended and would have helped me with installation. A little drop or two of oil was something I used. The video didn’t say to use it, but one video did. The guy in that video repaired by just using oil. No parts, but I was not going to tear into the machine without having parts, because it’s too big a job, and I did not want to leave the machine in pieces for days waiting for parts if needed! Watch videos, and have torx drivers as well as nut drivers, screw drivers, flat and phillips, and a drill to remove and reinstall the screws would have saved me a lot of time. If you’re half-way handy, you should be able to do this. It helps if you aren’t 64 years old or older too….old doesn’t get up and down on the floor so easily….kit seemed to be good quality, and supposedly fits multiple dryers. I didn’t use all the parts. My dryer has 5 drum rollers, but this kit only has four. You probably won’t need all four anyway. Or like i said earlier, you may not need any of the parts. I probably could have done it just by cleaning the shafts and re-lubing, but i definitely wanted to replace the idler wheel. This kit had an idler assembly or you could just use the wheel. I chose to use the assembly. I could have purchased cheaper kit, but I wanted quality.

Dangerous / Drum Belt is a fire Hazard
I have repaired my Kenmore Elite Dryer several times before for other issues, but decided to buy this kit to solve a 'squeaky' sound from the dryer coming from the drum belt and/or drum wheels.I replaced all 4 drum wheels and the drum belt with the items from this kit - HUGE MISTAKE. Within a few months the 'squeaky' sound returned. My old parts lasted 10+ years. In this case, the drum felt failed, the belt coating disintegrated all over the inside of the dryer. (See photo). This is a huge safety concern / fire hazard. Additionally, Two of the drum wheels were worn down already and completely stuck and would not turn.I throughly cleaned and replaced my OEM parts and my dryer is running fine again.A HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Nice kit but not an exact fit as advertised.
Got this kit because it appeared to cover all the bases on switching out that squeaky wheel. Especially the idler (white) wheel-only piece. The model number of my dryer is WED72HEDW0 (the third one from the end of compatible models list for the Whirlpool Duet Dryers) The roller shaft was too big for the idler pulley wheel that came with the kit. Luckily, the idler arm in the kit saved the job... for now. But when the drum roller wheels start to go, will they fit the shafts of the dryer? Most likely not. I fear the same fate as others that posted a video of their rollers not fitting. This happened to me with the idler. Since I used the idler arm to fix my one issue, the rest of the non-fitting kit is not returnable. The only solution for me is to get the shafts that fit the new wheels. Good luck with your repair. You'll need it.
