I started having symptoms of low estrogen and low cortisol essentially causing hormonal issues (night sweats, low energy, etc.). I read that electrolytes could be the issue and that I should focus on that. b6 as well as thiamine supplements could help also which this supplement has. 2 weeks in and I only had 1 minor night sweat (compared to 6 night a week) and finally have energy to finish my day strong and with mental acuity. I will continue to buy.

Unknown benefit

I’m a ups driver in SC, and the summers here are extremely hot and humid. Makes not having AC in those trucks even more difficult. This stuff has helped me from getting heat related illness since I started drinking it. I suggest it to everyone at my job. Lemon is really good. Had to order grape while it was out and it must’ve been old or something bc it made the water look brown. Order lemon in bulk just in case lol

No complaints about this product, and the flavor (lemon) is better than the other flavors offered.The products reduces the severity of my leg cramps so they are more manageableduring night time hours.

I used this once/day on a bike ride this past July called RAGBRAI. It's about 50 to 60 miles of riding per day. I felt liike this electolyte solution helped with the ride and the recovery. You still need to take in plenty of water, food and fruit, but this stuff helps you get back on your feet on those really hot, long days out in the sun.
