Misleading advertisement
Misleading advertisement as it was advertised as '' Refurbished - Chromebook N21 (2018) Laptop With 11.6-Inch Display, Intel Celeron N2840 Processor/4GB RAM/16GB EMMC/Intel HD Graphics English Black" where as I received 2015 old model cromebook without Google play store and with the final update already done and can not go further. Can not download Google play store in this device may be because of its model being old. The charger was damaged and had a cut but still in working condition. Very disappointed with the seller's false advertisement.

No Play store and backspace button working
Very bad experience there is no place store and some buttons are not working

The laptop and the charger were different and didn't fit the laptop charger port. When enquired to the seller, no good response. The product was not upto a market quality.
