The product works well. The telescopic sections are easy to use and the tube is strong. I had no issues in several very gusty weather events. My only complaint is the top flag connection. It does not rotate around the pole causing the flag to wrap around the pole until the wind changes. I’m very happy with this product. Great value for the money.

easy assembly

Got my order for the 2nd time. Had to return the First Flag due to damage in shipping. Now the 2nd Flag is missing the gold ball. Trying to get the item missing is not user friendly. How do I get the gold ball missing from flag pole.

This is ny first flag purchase from them but it IS nade better than the flags from your local big box lumber/hardware stores (which I have to replace twice a year). So if it last more than a year it will be WELL worth the price.

Beautiful flagpole, easy to assemble and mount. Rings hold flag well and do not tangle. Unfortunately with the first spring storm, the inside rings of the pole broke and I was left with a crooked pole. Unable to locate any of the seller information for replacement parts or warranty information. I really liked this flagpole, but for the pricel I would have expected something longer-lasting. Maybe it would do better if not fully extended.

Got this flagpole for my dad and he loves it. The only thing I noticed is that the package itself was in rough shape when it was put on our front porch. But the product itself was not damaged at all.

Don't buy... it Bent with a little wind. Haven't had it up but a month and now it's no good 😕

This is a nice pole for the price! So far it has also stood up to some very windy days. Would recommend. The negative reviews must be from people that don’t know how to install it correctly or just like to complain about everything.
