Easy to swallow and have been getting great results since using this product! No chalky after taste or flavor, and have been easy on the stomach. So far so good. Satisfied.

As with any supplement it will take 2-4 weeks for full effects. Works very well for fatigue/burnout, anxiety and work endurance.

Lion's mane works considerably better.

I find that some veggie caps get stuck in my throat and cause hiccups. NOT THESE! Happy that there wasn't any taste nor was there an unpleasant odor (they basically smelled like mushrooms). Using them to help me get energized to do a daily workout.

I havent felt a differene since when this product. I regret having bought this product. A cup of coffee or Yerba mate gives me noticible energy. This does not.
