Put it on my BF750
Nice tight fit and high quality feel. I was worried about it being cheap and blowing on my face with my relocated radiator but it seems trustworthy. No leaks at all and needle does not vibrate with harmonics. Nice gauge!

Perfect fit . Just received this item today put it on my bike took it out for about an hour as hard as I could run it came back monitored it the whole ride stayed within the safe Zone checked it with temp gun when I got back was within about eight degrees of the temperature gun would recommend to anybody will give another review in a month's time

Does not fit under common crash bars
If you have the common happy trails “nerf” crash bars on your KLR650, this cap is too tall to fit.

Fit 09 KLR 650
Fit fine on the Klr 650. Went up to yellow when running, and the OEM temp was still cold. It still gives you an idea of the temps in comparison to the other gauge.
