The final product is what I wanted. It’s super cute and really soft. But it was a PROCESS to get here. It arrived in a small box, shrink wrapped and vacuum sealed. So it was really hard and misshapen. The directions said to leave it out for 24 hours to regain shape - which we did. The next day there was barely any progress. Most of it was still really hard. The next step was to put in the dryer for 20 minutes and then to knead it. It took over 4 hours of in and out of the dryer, kneading, reshaping before we started to really see some progress. FINALLY - with about 5 hours of work - we got the end result. Which as I said at the beginning, is exactly what I wanted. But don’t want to buy a product that I have work so hard to achieve what I thought I was buying straight out.

Opened the package and released the vacuum pack and the entire seam of the pillow burst and split open. My son didn't even get to use it.......... (edit) company reached out and replaced this product with no hassle. New one is as expected. Thank you

Ordered it for my 6yr old daughter for our family vacation, it didn't arrive in-time for THAT vacation. However, it is cute and practical, and she loves it!!The pillow shaped-up quickly, but it's made out of a harder/ firmer material than I expected.I would rate it 5out of 5 but it had a toxic smell at first, and the pillow is very very firm, and not as soft as I would have wanted.

I don’t like the fact that the seller didn’t give us a heads up on the information about what you have to do to get the pillow to look like in pictures, I have to leave it overnight then put it the dryer for about an hour on medium heat then about 10-12 minutes on medium heat and it was good as new.

The product arrives so suctioned that the neck pillow doenst inflate as designed. However, following the instructions and putting it in the dryer does help. It took a few hours and a few tumbling sessions for us to get it where it needed to be. Not the best quality but will work.

When first opening I was very shocked because they have really taken packaging into consideration. The pillow is vacuum sealed to make it as small as possible! Which with how Amazon ships things (one big box for a small thing of vitamins for example), this company really tried to reduce their footprint on the earth!I read some other comments that said to throw the pillow in the dryer for a bit to let it get back to normal size and shape and that worked perfectly! You could let it sit overnight, but my daughter was impatient.The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the seam already ripped. My 4 year old uses this all the time. For some reason my kids love neck pillows. I believe it has lasted us about a month. I will sew it back together for her, but the seam does seem weak.Overall, a great product!!

This is a gift for Christmas so I really can't rate if it's good or bad. I hope the little girl I got it for likes it.

Once the product returned to its original shape, it was quite sturdy and seemed to be good quality. It fit the neck of our 11yo and 7yo easily.

My 8 year old Granddaughter loved this gift. She was very happy with the set!She wanted a very over priced neck pillow in the Cancun airport gift shop, and cried because she was told NO in the airport. I ordered this set for her birthday and she was so happy to now have a neck pillow for future airplane trips and car trips.
