Uh...Ok...
This is one of those Amazon purchases that leaves you scratching your head.You can A. purchase the flat file only for $11...B. purchased the round half flat file for $13...Or see get the flat file the half round file and a full round file all together for $15...Yeah...So yeah these are budget tools slightly above what you would get at harbor freight. Well at least an ergonomics as the handle is quite comfortable to hold includes a grippy non-slip pad.As far as the quality of the file itself it seems to be about average.This is meant for soft metals and wood and I think for that it does the job admirably.
