Great product. Love the diffent add ons. Light weight and easy to control.. Not good for large areas unless you have time to cover a large area

Ease of use
Okay product but it is hard to get products that go with it. Did not even come with sample polish or anything. Using Johnson Floor Polish (product I used before to polish my floors) was not recommended so I’ve had to store machine until I get their polishing liquid. I’m sure it will work fine but not being able to use regular polish was a problem. I don’t remember reading anywhere that you could only use their brands!! I had to go buy a special “mop” to polish floor with an available polishing agent! Time waster!!!

Doesn’t do what it say it does
I didn’t see any difference after using this machine. I tried with 3 different products and with all the pads that came with it. Either the machine doesn’t have enough power to spin faster to polish the floors or it is just not a good product. Hence I returned it.
