Is this usable with a curtain rod?

Get a cafe rod and cafe curtain rings.. Clip the tapestry to the rings Then hang from rod. I like to embellish the hanging with some cord tied to the rod that compliments the tapestry. Hang tapestry on the wall from the cord.

Does this glow under blacklight?

I'm sorry, but I don't have that one so I wouldn't know for sure. The ones I have are more daytime scenes and do not but are definitely admired by everyone for bringing nature lifelike indoors.

Can I use it out doors? Will it fade?

Its already faded . It will fade more if you use it outdoors
