The tree was so easy to assemble. I’m not quite sure if the remote works perfectly or not but wow! It’s beautiful. The tree is tall, looks clean - so bright. Going to leave it on front porch for all the holidays. It’s gorgeous! Great price.

I absolutely love this twig tree. It took me 5 minutes to put the tree together and light it. It is beautiful 😍I really like the remote makes it so easy to change functions. I cant wait to decorate it with some beautiful decorations, i think I will bling it out because I love crystals 😃. I love it so much im ordering another one for my foyer. This tree is just gorgeous 😍

So after taking down our gorgeous white Christmas tree, the spot became dark and lonely. Bought this to make up for it. It's cute. Tree branches need some adjustment after taking out of box to make it look a little more realistic. The blinking light functions are not very amusing. I leave it on steady in either warm light or the bright white. I feel it's cheaply made for the price. The base is super ugly so I bought a Christmas tree collar to hide it some. The deal breaker is where the sensor is for the remote. You have to line the tree up in direct view of the remote or it won't work. I think the sensor is located somewhere down at the "bottom" of the tree because that's where we have to point it at. And you always have to aim it at that one spot or it doesn't work. Frustrating.

Box was damaged when arrived but tree was fine. Base needed a hammer to get the 2 sides to align. Remote did not work. I went to store and got new battery and then it worked perfect!! Haven’t tried the timer yet but the remote works good to change from warm white to the blueish white color.

I don’t hate this, but I’d have preferred something else! First off, it was “prime” and it still took over a week to ship.Secondly, the base is garbage. Cheap, ugly plastic. I wanted this for inside so the base is visible. Now I need to find something to cover the base because it really is ugly. It also- just like everyone has said- was so poorly made you could barely get it together! I had to shave part of the inside pieces and hit it with a hammer to get the pieces to line up to slide together.Thirdly, mine came with no manual, not sure if there is one- but I have no way of figuring out what the 9+ settings are. This was also clearly a returned product (probably because they couldn’t get the base together), and clearly the shipper spent no time getting it back together in a box. Things were just thrown in there, twist ties were but not holding anything etc.Lastly, the plug is where the sensor is for the remote so unless you have this long, bulky, ugly cord out and visible, you can’t change the settings or use the remote.Overall it’s pretty awful quality but pretty inexpensive. So I will keep it and buy things to spruce it up.

Received product with no remote control as was indicated in specifications. Reordered a second tree still no remote control.

Love these trees. I have one in every size and they add just enough light and warmth to any room. I use every night and lasts for years

I wanted to love this tree, but sadly the pieces didn't fit together at all, even by force! As you can see, I'm stuck with these big gaps between them. The remote doesn't work at all, not even basic functions, just completely dead or non functioning. UPDATE: The customer service is excellent. They offered me a refund for the defective tree. Very nice of them to do.
