Great quality and holds up perfectly in the dishwasher. The design is crisp and vibrant, and it’s perfect for my Slytherin lover. Super durable and magical!

I have order many items from silver buffalo and normal everything’s to high standards but this time it wasn’t so great. The mugs are great and I have purchased multiple of this exact model but I am not sure what happened to their qc this time. There are multiple holes in the paint and glaze on the handle. The mug will end up breaking quickly as water enters the unprotected ceramic. Combined with ceramic is porous it’s not up to food standards. Having purchased easily two dozen cups and mugs this is the first time I have ever had grounds to complain. I gave them a high rating as the other Slytherin mugs I have purchased have been immaculate and well packed.

Mug is well made and beautiful but Amazon failed to include the gift card .

This has been my favorite HP mug that I've bought. I've bought others, but they were quite large. It's a great size for a coffee mug. I was disappointed when the mug rose $5 in price and then the day after I bought it, the price dropped the $5 again. It just seemed like a way to make more money. Other than that, the product itself is good. It's sturdy and colorful and a great size for a mug.

I purchased this mug instead of another HP option because the “about this item” specifically says it is microwave and dishwasher safe. This is important as my daughter frequently makes mug cakes in the microwave. The mug arrived and “DO NOT USE IN MICROWAVE OR DISHWASHER” is printed right on the bottom. Thinking I had misread, I went back to the listening, and sure enough it says microwave safe—in one place (“about this item”). If you go down to the “description”, it specifies not microwave safe, as does the picture of the bottom of the mug. I guess that’s what I get for not reading the whole listing—or for thinking that “microwave safe” means, I don’t know, it’s microwave safe. It’s a beautiful mug, but I will be returning it because it cant be used for what I wanted it for.

First mug came with something brown inside. I washed it and tried to scrape off but wouldn’t come off. Second replacement came chipped inside and outside. Really annoyed by that. Daughter really loved the mug and has been asking for her own mug. If it wasn’t for daughter’s request I wouldn’t have bothered with a 3rd mug, which finally came intact with no issues.

* se lave à la main, pas au lave-vaisselle! La tasse permet un café Nespresso/Keurig avec du lait facilement (416 ml). Belle tasse colorée, le or est un peu réfléchissant donc c’est super joli! Je rachèterais sans problème 👌🏼
