Delivered with a broken reflector but that’s the only issue. Tidy bike and great value for the price.

There are problems with this bike from the first day - breaks, gears one after the other and in circles.

Front brake came with disconnected wire. Front tyre deflates after 15 minutes when inflating. Not a good quality

First week pedals broke and very un reliable

I gave this as a gift on Christmas Day so it was wrapped until Christmas Day but the return date was 20th December so when I attempted to assembly it and realized their was a factory fault, I was unable to return it. I had taken out extended warranty with Salama but they are impossible to contact so it was a complete waste of money

It is great and good quality For the first use it needs full adjusrment Something heavy

The wheel retainer are missing from the box, accessory box was open

im not a cycle expert but for the price it is very good qaulity, the shimano shifters work very well and it comes in a carton and has to be assembeled but assembly is fairly easy as main parts are already connnected. only front wheel needs to be connected and handle bar to be installed, rest is already connected. No air in tires and need to be inflated.

Packaging is perfect delivery is lightning fast. Highly recommended.

We are missing apart of the steering wheel Could we get it or we have to return the whole thing??
