Q: do you use hot water? can u mix in paper bowl with plastic spoon? does cover white hairs, i am brown hair with patches of white, if use med. brown?

No I don’t use hot water. I use lukewarm water to mix it. I don’t use a paper bowl. I have a plastic bowl and hair color brush which I use to mix it and apply it. For more stubborn greys I tend to leave the color on for 45 minutes to ensure full coverage. I’m 50% grey in my roots with dark brown hair and it works for me.

Q: Where is the expiration date on this product?

I looked on the last box I have, and there is no expiration date on the box or on the plastic bag inside. It might have been on the plastic wrap that covered the six boxes when I purchased them, but I do not have that anymore.

Q: does medium brown have some warmth to it? i do not want a dark flat look, i like a warm brown that has some lightness to it

Hair color came out very dark. No warm color

Q: What is the number on the package for?

The number on the package represents the hair dye color. I use Natural light Brown which is #27, so my box has a #27 on it.

Allergic Reaction

Be careful if you have any allergies to hair dyes. Do a patch test and leave it for at least 48 hours, as it didn’t have a reaction after 24 hours and had a severe reaction after about 36 hours.
