The author presents the information on body changes with aging in a straightforward manner. The book’s contents includes a plan to strengthen our body through diet and exercise to combat those changes if we put our mind to it. I found it very enlightening and plan to try its plan.

Nothing new
I found this very basic and repetitive-I’m 56 and very active-cardio,weights,yoga,walking and yet nothing will reduce my belly fat-I eat healthy and it’s so frustrating.I bought this book ,thinking I’d learn something new but this is way too basic and doesn’t really offer much in the way of nutrition-it’s very redundant and puts very little actual info into a large and pricey book-waste of money and plan to return

All this rubbish about hot flushes, try giving up gluten. Seriously, give it a try. I had a lot of put and gave up gluten and it stopped immediately. Finally got to menopause and not even a hot flush. Plus do not take hormone replacements ever. This is the worst rubbish. Glad I didn't buy it
