The product does the job but the heating function is limited to knee region . The heat is not very strong

The product did not work. Air compression never worked. They raised a return request. The product for return was to be picked up on January 21, 2024. The courier did not show up. The status showed that courier refused to pick up over some issue.I raised a query on January 23, 2024.they told me since it is refused by courier they will do an enquiry and nothing can be done till January 28, 2024.When I checked again on January 28, 2024 the product's return timeline was closed.I am not going to buy ever again anything from AMAZON. They have lost me as a customer. Thanks, Amazon for the wonderful experience.

If you have pain you will get relaxation after its use two times regularly. Only 1 problem i am facing its left knee part is not providing heat. but right one is ok. It may be manufacturing defeat. but overall it is very good for me
