Very Good Budget PC
I purchased this computer with the intent of using it for work and school and possibly upgrading it for gaming later. The best feature of this budget PC is the processor, the I5 7400 is quite impressive in terms of what it can do and makes this PC an excellent candidate for upgrading down the road. The large 2 TB hard drive is fairly fast and will give you plenty of storage for multimedia projects. I myself, have used this PC for rendering videos in Sony Vegas and it gets them done very quickly. the integrated graphics in the computer are, of course, nothing to fathom over. However, they do get the job done on lighter titles such as Minecraft and even CS:GO if you turn down the settings a lot. The WiFi that comes built-in with this PC does a very good job at connecting you to your internet, depending on your actual internet quality. The PC isn't loud at all and all the temps stay decently low. Bluetooth is another nice feature. The power supply does its job at giving everything enough power; however, it doesn't have an extra PCI Express hookup and cannot power a graphics card that needs extra power. In conclusion, for the price, you cannot beat the value. Pros: Good processor Large hard drive Nice and quiet Sturdy case Bluetooth Built-in Wifi Cons: Power supply doesn't have PCI hookup for graphics cards that require it, and therefore will need to be upgraded Recommendations: Put a basic GPU, such as a GTX 1050 TI, in it. This card doesn't require PCI power. Update (Currently ordering PSU and will be putting a graphics card in it)

The call system was reasonably easy to use
After two minor issues getting the system setup this desktop is performing well. The issues and resolution were: Issue 1: After hooking up monitor with an HDMI cable to the desktop and powering up both the monitor screen was blank. The monitor I use is the ASUS VE248H 24" Full HD 1920x1080 2ms HDMI DVI VGA with Back-lit LED and built-in speakers. Resolution: The monitor did not auto-sense the correct mode of connection. Pushing into monitor settings and selecting HDMI for connection type fixed the issue. The default for the Asus monitor was DVI. Thus, blank screen initially. Issue 2: Windows 10 needs activation key. Resolution: Click on the resolve by telephone link for Microsoft number. Call the number and when prompted enter the long string of numbers showing on screen. I received a robot reply the numbers I entered were invalid. The call was automatically forwarded to a live Microsoft support person who proceeded to validate my software in the system. I was then transferred back into the robo-call system where I was provided with a sequence of numbers = windows activation key. The call system was reasonably easy to use. It offered many chances to replay the window activation key to ensure correct entry (Note: have pen and paper ready to write the activation key for potential use in the future). The entire process took less than 15 minutes. After the two issues were resolved, I initiated software update via a direct ethernet connection. At the time of this writing 6 updates were required. The update/restart process took approximately 45 minutes. Following that I initiated drive optimization as it was 14% fragmented, then installed a wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse combo. The desktop comes with 8Gb RAM which appears to be incredibly sufficient for most home users. Webpage refreshes via both ethernet and 5G wi-fi are blazing. As fast as my eyes can process. I ran some tests with Excel, Word and Chrome open with very little response lag differences. At this time, no plans to add more memory. Overall, I was expecting to spend more time than this to get up and running. I'm pleased about that. No opinions about long-term performance at this time.

Great Computer For The Price!!!
This is a great computer. I chose it because i needed a better computer than my laptop for SolidWorks (An engineering design software). Although this is not the absolute best computer that I could have bought for engineering, it's definitely better than my laptop (Toshiba Satellite with a AMD A6 up to 2GHz), and is a goof buy for the price. Booting up and setting up the computer was easy. It started right up with no problems. The only problem that I ran into was the same problem that many people have been running into recently with this computer on Amazon which was the error that states that the computer can not be activated due to the activation code already being used. This is why I am rating this at 4 stars rather than 5. Although it is supposed to come with a valid copy of Windows 10 and I had to pay for it, it is still a good buy for me because even for the extra $120 for Windows 10, it is still a good computer. Just doing average things like surfing the internet and browsing web pages, the CPU was clocking at about 3.35 to 3.45 GHz. As for the keyboard and mouse that comes with it, I never used it. I just bought a wireless mouse and keyboard for less mess of cords. The motherboard does have an open PCIe x16 and a PCIe x1.0 slot on it. I don't do very much gaming, so I did not upgrade the graphics card. Instead, I installed a Sound Blaster Audigy RX because I do a lot of music and audio processing. Pros: Fast processor Fair amount of RAM Huge hard drive Customizability Cons: Had to buy Windows 10 In conclusion, I would recommend this computer, but would also warn you that I am not the only person who has had to buy Windows 10 for this computer, so expect to pay an extra $120 for it.
