Works great! It helps with leverage. I eas worried because my mom's stir fry pan has a thick and oblong handle. But this product fits perfectly. It's very easy to install because all you have to do is tighten the knob. Easy to take out to wash or switch to another pan. I highly recommend this, especially for older people or people with a physical condition.

This is fantastic. I love to cook & regularly use a very large skillet. This is a lifesaver for my hands & wrists. It also makes me feel in control of the hot pan if I need to tilt it to put the food into a plate or something . I'm so glad they make this now . Make sure to screw it on tightly but other than that it doesn't move

The Pan Buddy is EXACTLY what I needed. It alleviates the stress on my wrist when picking up my pan and I can still grip and empty it vs my wrists dislocating! It works on many pan handles, but not one of mine that is more rounded.

Carbon steel almost never come with a helper handle, even in the big sizes. So it's quite disappointing this device won't work with any carbon steel pan: the part that screws against the pan handle simply isn't long enough- or in other words- it won't screw in far enough to tighten the device to the pan.

great for hand and wrist problems

I bought this after watching a product review on youtube.com and I can say it does everything it claims to do. My wife had a severe stroke when she was in her 40's and it left her with very limited use of her right hand along with progressive arthritis. She loves to cook but handling pans has been problematic for her. She now uses this pan handle and can manage every pan we have. Due to the size of the handle she can use it on any of our pans regardless of the handle size. It turned out to be much more study than I expected, is incredibly easy to use and requires little storage space when its time to put it away. My wife was thrilled to have this very simple but clever and useful device. She says this is definitely a 5 star product worth the money., and I trust her report.

After using one time the screw wa stripped and dropped the pan. This ended up happening to both of them. and we were making peanut brittle so you can imagine dropping boiling candy on yourself and on the stove. Horrible experience.

You have to scew and unscrew differently for every pan you have and I have a lot. I find it not worth the time or effort so it keeps getting moved around and not being used.
