My husband takes this every morning and seems to like it. The flavor is palatable, the powder mixed easily with water, and it seems to help with regularity. The only downfall is how expensive it is. I’m sure there is a comparable product accessible in the U.K. that would be much cheaper and do the same job.

I absolutely love this product! I used it for many years when we were living abroad, but couldn't find it in the UK. Have just recently been told by a friend, that I can now get it through Amazon, so have restarted it. I take just one teaspoon a day in luke warm water. It keeps me regular, tastes good, and apparently is good for cholesterol too, which I didn't know! It also has some potassium, which I needed, as mine was depleted!
