After reading all the complaints from past recipients of this product, I am going to recommend the Mango flavor. A bit sweet for my liking but really good for a muscle recovery drink. Have to shake very well, its like a pre work to your work out because when I say you have to shake it alot to rid of all the chalky powder mix you have to shake it.

Very good product, however the package was open upon delivery... Not too happy about such!
