I love this paper cutter. Two items of note. First, you can't cut small paper less than an inch because of the plastic strip that holds down the paper near the cutting blade is one inch and you can't put smaller paper under it. Second, the arm that you butt your paper up against, is a bit awkward because you have to unscrew it to move it and then screw it back to lock it back in place. But when I need to cut a few hundred sheets all the exact same, that arm is great to lock in place, so everything is the same size. For the most part, I just ignore that arm for single cuts. I would recommend this, and I would get it again even with those two call outs.
