This is a great formula & has helped me to avoid getting sick through a couple winters. I take it preemptively & start building up my immune system in September to be ready for the onslaught of winter colds & flus around here (pacific northwest). However, as with any immune system formula, I have heard you cannot take it constantly or your body will become used to it & it will not be as effective. So I have a few different formulas & I alternate them, so they will all retain maximum potency. I HATE being sick & this formula is a huge part of my arsenal against sicknesses! First, I am not one to leave reviews often, unless I am impacted in some way. I have been struggling for several years (after a hashimotos thyroiditis diagnosis, which I believe is inaccurate) with chronic fatigue, brain fog and just overall feeling unwell. I've done a lot of researching and heard that Sea Moss and bladderwrack are awesome. However, I came across this product via a link that a friend sent for the sea moss oil and read the reviews. I am skeptical as to how many of these reviews are honest, but I decided to try. I have taken this product now for 4 days. I am not sure if its just mind over matter or the actual product, but I truly feel better. I did have major heartburn on the first night and so I decided to minimize dose to just 1 pill a day. I pray this is real and that it continues but today I feel much better than yesterday! I won't rate it a 5 yet, too early.
