I know what you're all here for, so I'll begin with the embarrassing story. I thought I would do my husband a favor and put this together for him. I was coasting along, had the frame completely put together, and thought about how impressed he was going to be that he didn't have to do it. I stopped to take a break and wanted to grab a drink so I stepped through the frame only to tangle myself and oh so gracefully fall COMPLETELY ON IT. My body was hurt. My pride, even more. After I scraped myself off the frame and the floor I was faced with the damage I had done. Every piece of this frame was bent in some way or another because of the force of my fall. You know that feeling when you are the lucky soul that breaks the lawn chair? Multiply that feeling. I am an average sized human being. I did not think my body could do so much damage - thanks gravity. I told my husband the story, which he found hilarious, and he told me I should contact the company to see if they could help in any way. I felt reticent to do it, because, it was 100% my fault that this was unusable. But, I reached out anyway. And, I couldn't be happier. Their customer service was incredibly responsive, AND, they sent me a completely new unit. I can't believe it. They had no obligation to do this and I wasn't expecting it. The new piece arrived and was assembled without any further destruction and it is beautiful! This is a nice, solid piece of furniture that doesn't break the bank. It is sturdy and the drawers work really well. I highly recommend this piece and this company. Customer service means a lot!

I spent 4 days agonizing whether to spend money on something that received mixed reviews. I kept rereading the reviews and looking at the pictures. I decided to go for it! Mind you, I don't return things I don't like, I'm actually pretty lazy and don't want to bother. With that, when the packaged arrived I was super nervous about being disappointed with it. I have a narrow hallway, no storage in my apartment and not a lot of space so I needed something that was functional and could hold a good amount of items. I didn't have storage for sheets, towels, shower curtains etc. I put the unit together which took me 2 hrs because I was watching TV so I was pretty distracted. Everything was labeled, easy to follow instructions, and not a bunch of pieces to figure out. When i seen it in pieces I started getting disappointed and thought this was gonna be tiny and ridiculous. After I put the product together I was pleasantly pleased! It's pretty tall and I'm 5'6", and just the correct depth for the hallway. I was able to fit 8 fabric shower curtains in one drawer. We have large jumbo towels and small towels. I placed 5 jumbo towels in a drawer 8 regular towels in another(no gaping). 8 queen fitted sheets in another drawer and so on. Make sure you fold the items properly or roll them. It was definitely worth the money and it just looks sleek and not heavy or bulky. You won't be disappointed!

The rails are made of metal and they are welded to the frame, which the drawers slide on. This is a great design compared to other brands that use cheap plastic that sit in slots and break.

This was very easy to put together. I didn’t have that much money to spend on a dresser and I wanted something to fit a lot of clothes. This was the perfect price point and it looks great. It’s very sturdy and the whole thing is made out of cloth which was neat because it totally looks like wood. Definitely recommend this product I fit all my clothes and still had room to spare.

I absolutely love this!! We use it in our camper. It fits in our bunkhouse perfect and is very sturdy. It is also very light so can be picked up and placed on a bunk during travel. I get tons of compliments on this!!

Bought this piece not expecting it to be as nice looking as it is. And it really is a nice-looking piece. I bought it to keep my King sheet sets, pillow cases etc. in, in the bedroom. Since this one is so nice, Im thinking of purchasing another for the guest room. I've paid thousands upon thousands of dollars for dressers, and bedside tables. Those have their place...but I sort of wish I'd found these pieces before I did that. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for extra storage, that is sturdy, and pleasing to the eye. Not fancy, but functional, and prepossessing.
