I EAT SEAFOOD MORE THAN MEAT. MEAT IN THE USA IS POISONED BY GMO, PESTICIDE-SPRAYED ANIMAL FEED.MEAT IS ONE BIG REASON WE IN USA ARE 60th in the world for life expectancy.

Best Sardines on the Market
I eat one can per day! Some days I’ll have two cans because the sardines in water, skinless and boneless are the best. These sardines are high in omega 3 oil and very good food for your heart! I’ve tried the oil and other flavored versions... they’re great but not like these in water. Also, they do not use BPA packaged products, it says so on the side flap, of their packaging.

Fishy
Made the mistake of buying the water pack instead of olive oil. They are huge. The size of a troutVery Fishy tasting. Nothing I put on them could mask it. A real shame. Nothing like the other pack I bought at the grocery store, same brand only oil pack. So Nasty 🤢

Very Tasty!
Very good sardines. It's versatile in making a quick healthy meal. Adding chopped garlic, chili peppers to spread on a sandwich, salad or cooked rice. A constant staple in my pantry.

Mild and delicious in water!
Like that these are super nutritious without the added oil. Very mild taste. They don’t look beautiful however they taste great in a perfect portion. Add some spices and they’re perfect!

Excellent
These sardines are from the Atlantic Ocean near Morocco. Morocco is known for quality sardines.Mash them, add a bit of Colavita White Balsamic, spread on Wasa Multigrain and Light Rye Crisp crispbread, enjoy.I get 4 crispbreads full from each can. Enjoy.

Not recommended - this product was canned 27 months ago - do not buy
All 12 of the cans in the 12 - can package were produced May 27, 2022, and I ordered these in August 2024. The Sardines have been sitting on a shelf for over 2yrs, and there's no way I will buy these again.Unfortunately, I can't return these now, as I opened a can before verifying the production date.
