Packaging:- It comes in a dark coloured plastic bottle with a pump dispenser. The packaging is quite sturdy and good. It is available in two variants 50 ml and 100ml which is always good if you want to try something for the first time especially something this expensive you don't have to stick with the full size. You can try the smaller version and decide for yourself and the smaller packaging is good for traveling. Smell:- It smells like the rose sherbet my aunt used to make for us. It does not smell like those artificially scented rose products. It's true rose fragrance. Colour And Consistency:- It's a clear runny product. Lathers easily does not produce too much foam. Shelf Life:- 2 years My Experience:- It's a clear runny face wash. Two pumps are needed to completely leather the face and neck, as it dispenses a very small amount with each pump. It does not produce much foam so it's not very drying. It cleanses every single dirt particle from your face without making it dry or stretchy. I was not sure about the cleansing action as it's an organic product but I was wrong. I feel my skin is clean, smooth and bright. It will not remove makeup but other than that it's a very good face wash for every skin type. Most of the Kama products are quite expensive. I have previously bought or rather splurged on few of their products but I didn't think it was worth the money except for this cleanser which I have used for the last two years. It's gentle and good for my sensitive skin. It cleanses well. Recommend

This is the worst my experience with Amazon. Being a regular user of this product, I ordered it but this time it had some odd plastic smell. The original mild rose jasmine fragrance is not there at all. I connected amazon as got an auto msg from them saying they have resolution to my query. But since 6 to 7 days have called more than 10 times but they say their system has some technical problem & can not find my order. This is highly irresponsible way of dealing. Very upset. All my money for wasted & the product is lying unused. Bought some other brand:(
