This product is a miracle for me. I have severe spinal stenosis which cause neck and back pain and muscle cramps. I noticed a difference within a few days. No stiffness or muscle cramps! I forgot to reorder and missed a few days and the immediately and stiffness came back. I’m on my 2nd bottle and will subscribe!

I take this daily for joint pain and it really really helps reduce a lot of inflammation. I, even give it to my aging dogs !

Extra Strength Boswellia Serata 10:1 5000 mg is very good supplement for pain relief. It is not a pain killer it relieves joint pain and strengthens muscles I have used it before for my shoulder pain but in lower mgs. It took a little time but completely healed my shoulder pain.

I can tell the difference

I was amazed by this product. After taking it for about a week I noticed the difference. I can now make a fist and snap my fingers. Haven’t been able to do that in months. Great supplement. Please don’t increase the price.

Didn’t feel the effectiveness

I was advised my neurologist to take this supplement to reduce cerebral edema. I just had an MRI and there is much less edema. Steroids didn't work but this did. No side effects.
