These are very nice. I got two: one for travel and one for the nightstand. Of course one can wish for more ports or more watts but this does just fine for those purposes, so I only have to bring one charger for my laptop, phone and watch. It works great and doesn't get alarmingly hot. The light on it is pretty bright, lighting up hotel ceilings etc, so I used to turn it upside down until I bought dimming stickers and slapped one on each of these.

I took this on a cruise after reading a review of it and it lived up to what the reviewer had said. Our cruise ship only had 2 plugs (plus European ones). I could charge almost everything with this. It charged the iphone very quickly. I charged my MacBook Air, and my hearing aids charger. Well worth the money. Plus it is compact and light. Perfect for traveling.

When it comes to needing a charging brick for multiple USB devices; Anker is the name I trust. I have used Anker products for many years now. In general, I’ve never really had any trouble with anything I’ve bought from the brand. One time I had a defective unit and they replaced it promptly. I use the chargers, charging stations, cables…pretty much everything they offer. When I upgraded my tech, everything moved to USB-C. I still had a few old USPA devices, though, so I wanted to maintain a degree of backward compatibility. It was also important to me to have a relatively slim charging unit that could handle several devices simultaneously, and I wanted the higher wattage that you get from the newer charging units. This bad boy can charge multiple units at the same time. At any given time, I will have my iPad Pro and iPhone 16 Pro both plugged into it; I often also have other devices, such as my fitness tracker ring or my AirPods. It’s nice because it has the ability to charge all of these devices at once. It is compatible with all of my Apple devices, as well as my android devices and, as I mentioned earlier, my fitness devices. Anker products are sturdy, reliable, and well built. This is absolutely no different. It is both durable and functional. That is why I chose this particular model. I have one on my desk, and one in the bedroom. They have both run reliably for a while now, and I expect them to continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Upgraded from my previous desk top charger because I needed USB-C for new devices. Higher wattage charges battery packs and phones quickly. Using the one 45w USB-C port is great to charge a laptop without carrying around the bulky laptop charger (can’t plug in any other devices to get the full 45w). I leave all other chargers home and bring this when traveling. I got it for $23 on sale, which I think is a great price. Not sure about the $39 price. There are other Anker options for that price range that go up to 100w charging. I’ve been using Anker since 2016 and have never had an issue with any of their chargers or battery packs, and they have lasted for years. Having both USB-C and USB-A helps with the eventual switch to all USB-C. More than enough ports to charge all my gadgets. The chargers may get warm, but I’ve never had an issue with overheating. Recommend whether it’s for the nightstand, the office, or for travel.

This little gadget is perfect for my home office. I took a couple of velcro dots and fixed it to my desk under the center drawer. No more crawling under my desk to plug and unplug my two most important work connections, my phone and my computer. Also, an even bigger delight is not having to worry about my kids stealing my blocks, when they lose theirs!! Overall, this product has helped me become more efficient and organized in my workspace.
