Good dimpler
Great for setting screws in drywall. Easy to adjust for the depth of the screw. Easy to change out bits. Magnet is strong and sturdily holds the bit in the driver. Seems to be made to last.

Works great as long as you tighten them down
I had a large one of these about 20 years ago. It worked perfectly all the time, was made of brass and contained no gasket. No clue where it went. This little set works well for both drywall screws and in wood working. I found the trick to getting them to stay exactly where you set them especially during use is to set the bottom ring where you want it and then torque down the top ring pretty right. Just hand tight, not using tools. When the gasket starts to spill out of the two fittings, it's right enough. The silver bumper ring on the bottom should prevent the lock rings from loosening when they bottom out against the board. The magnetic bits are strong and hold 3 inch screws no problem.

Pretty Much Useless
Bought for a small DIY shop ceiling install of 1/2" sheetrock. The tool looks pretty. I used it in my cordless clutch chuck drill. I tested it out on about 4 screws with my materials a bench top to get a setting. It seemed OK for the moment. In practical use the thread fit between the shaft and barrel fittings is really sloppy. When the o-ring is compressed it still does not lock the adjustment setting. The drive bit fits loosely in the tool and wobbles slightly. The result is that it is near impossible to get a screw started straight and driven to a consistent depth. Maybe I can figure out something else to do with it but it's pretty much useless for the job intended. Not worth the trouble to return.

Not too good
Rebuilding large deck. Both fell apart after about 150 screws. Magnet is very strong. Screws don’t start easy with it however

It Works
It works pretty good the way it comes. It did move a little if you hit the board (or whatever) hard. I removed the "O" ring between the lock ring and sleeve and now it seems to be locked to the set depth better. Something harder like a plastic washer might protect the locking surfaces and keep it secure.

Good value
This is a great tool for the DIYer. You can drive screws all day long - it has a great magnet built. But, if you have a drywall project, you can adjust the tool so that driving screws in drywall is not a big deal. It seems to be all metal construction and should hold up for some time.
