I like that these raise my heel in my shoes which aids in transferring some of my body weight to the palm of my foot which in turn relieves weight on my heel. I suffer from a nagging heel spur and plantar fasciitis. These silicone inserts are nice and soft. I have stacked 3 of them in each shoe. What a relief... I do not feel the heel spur at all now and I do not feel any transition seam/line. The inserts have stacked nicely and have not shifted. I will be ordering more. A great product !

I’ve been using these for a long while and I love them. The best part is they stick to the shoe so you don’t have to worry about it slipping away from you. They are also very comfortable I also love the fact that I can layer as many layers as I need to feel the shoe to my comfort level

I require a half inch lift due to broken hip making one leg shorter. These wedges can be stacked to provide adequate lift. I hope they will wear to shape my foot. I’m finding them to be hard and stiff.

With Plantar Facsiitis, these were OK but then the Physio recommended Tuli's heel supports which are really great. These will certainly raise the heel and I would suggest putting them under the supplied shoes insoles or additional ones because they doent cushion enough but they do the job of raising the heel.
