I bought this for husband (age 35) and when I gave it to him I explained what a magnetic bracelet is good for, but told him I dont know that they really even work. I read up on so many different reviews on different bracelets and some people swore by them while others said they don't work. So I handed it to him and said honestly you may not feel any different but It's a really nice looking bracelet. Turns out he noticed results by the next morning. Since wearing this bracelet, he has not had a headache (he used to wake up with them). The heel of his feet do not hurt any more. Muscle pain is next to non (he does construction work). His hands and feet used to always be cold even when he wasn't cold, but he no longer struggles with that either. He is the type to over think and over analyze everything which would turn to stress and anxiety and he says he realized he doesn't find himself feeling the need to over think everything, near like before. Hes a big dude. 35 yrs old, and this thing has worked well for him. We took 2 peices of the bracelet off because it was to big but it was easy to do. Be careful, the hand tool breaks easily. So far the bracelet is holding up its value really well and it's a really nice looking bracelet like shown in the picture online. It's a good buy for the price. So I definitely would recommend this to others.
