Great quality spices, fresh, make every dish I cook delicious. Was delivered promptly. I mix it with the sour cream, let is sit and use it as a sauce or rub chicken and turkey before roasting. It's spice and salty so don't overdo it.

It is a good stuff! I believe its key ingredient that might be making it special is fenugreek (presumably blue fenugreek). However, the ingredients were not listed in the product description on Amazon, but of course, they are listed on the package. The spice also includes pepper and (unfortunately) salt, among other ingredients. This spice is a little expensive on Amazon, it could be 25% cheaper if you buy it from a store that imports food products from Russia (if you can find find one in your location). Not a big deal though. Also try "Khmeli suneli", which has a similar delicate aroma and test, but a version that is salt free. Note that Adjika produced by the company called "Zakuson" does not have fenugreek among the listed ingredients, so it is not the same "adjika" that is beloved as part of the Georgian-Osetian cuisine.
