I've been losing hair since menopause 10 years ago. I just received this shampoo, so I don't know if it really helps regrowth. But I don't care, it has made my hair look and feel very youthful! Soft, silky, shiny, which was not how my hair was before using. Lovely fragrance and feels like it washes out completely, unlike others I've tried. I do two washes and then a couple pumps of WEN as conditioner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIR WE OLDER GALS FOR SURE!!!!

I do feel some new growth coming in, But use a good clarifying shampoo and conditioner after the 2nd to 3rd wash. My hair does feel cleaner longer between washes, I wash it twice a week. I noticed much less hair in the shower to, it is a light shampoo. So if you got long hair like I do, don't be afraid to use a lot. Just rinse your hair good!
