Q: where can I find this size paper?

Here on Amazon. Buy pre punched three hole standard or 8.5 x 11 inch paper. A ream is standard for most big packs of paper. If you need lined any lined paper sold to students in college ruled or narrow ruled usually the same verses wide rule lined paper is available on Amazon too. But any local office supply store to big box stores carry student paper. If you want to save over time and use a lot of paper buy a three hole manual punch and unpunched paper. I make note books to gift and love to buy the whitest white and a bit heavier paper from 28 to even 32 o 34 pound depending on size and individual. I then punch all my paper myself depending on binders being used so I never buy pre punched paper or rarely but if it's a good deal and I want lined for some reason then I'll buy standard college ruled paper or wide ruled. Just depends on project in mind. But you can order her on Amazon pre punched plain printer or copy paper that's good for writing with pen or pencil. But make sure it is three ring punched or more. It must have a center punch so avoid 6 hole paper or you will want to punch that center hole or need to.

No they don't, but are well constructed and very pretty. I made my own pocket out of half of a file folder. Durable
