Nice but.....
I will start by saying it is well made. The fabric is soft and it is light weight. Comes with a nice instruction manual and is made with care. What I did not like was that is it was too short to wrap well around your neck and definitely not neck and shoulders. It is so stuffed that it felt bulky around the neck and it does not conform to the body like a rice or wheat bag would. It is really noisy, which is something I was not expecting! The cherry pits when they move against each other are really quite loud like a crunching sound, so not comforting when it is for relaxing. I also did not find it maintained heat very well. Lastly I found it to be too expensive for what it is.

Works Great and comfortable
It stays hot better than other products and is very comfortable to have on. The bonus is that it’s washable. Fantastic product, and I have purchased many other brands in the past.
