Q: Hi, will this fit a 2010 toyota matrix s 2.4l awd?

It fits my 2009 Pontiac Vibe GT, which has the same engine as the Matrix.

Q: What's the difference between this and the Pro series by K&N?

This one you can wrench on and off. It also is designed for use on a racetrack where you need to secure parts to your car and has a hole where you can wire it in place. I've never used the pro. Plus I should mention I use Pennzoil synthetic oil and I change it every six months.
