These supplements are by far the very best I've ever taken. In my 40 years, I've tried many, but none come close to these. I took another marine collagen by Dietapplements for 2 years but when I saw that this one also offered biotin, I switched over (but both are equally excellent). I can't recommend these to you enough. The change in my skin is truly staggering. I was starting to show the signs of ageing, in skin, hair and nails. My skin has improved to the extent where I get regular comments on how well I'm looking and questions about what I'm using. My husband tells me I look really well on a regular basis - surely the ultimate compliment comes from the people that see you most and get used to your appearance! The first change I noticed was in my general colour. I'd developed a pallor, a sort of greyness. I just started to look a bit worn out. Fine lines were becoming proper wrinkles. My skin seemed to be losing its suppleness and vitality. Like it was dehydrated and 'flat'. Since taking these vitamins consistently, my skin is more vibrant and 'bouncy'. It looks more youthful - I do look years younger! I realise this seems overstated, but I'm telling you not only what I see but what others have told me they see, too. The lines are less obvious, the texture of my skin is smoother. It just looks a lot healthier. I have no spots, either, and the redness I used to get around the edge of my nose has gone away. My hair is growing quickly, like it did when I was in my early thirties. I have waist-length hair which was in good condition but a bit lack-lustre. I've managed to keep it very long, how I like it to be, and improve the condition with this supplement. I have noticed an improvement in my general health and wellbeing, too. My energy is more constant; not in a manic caffeine way, but a gentle sense of knowing I can last the day without a nap and feel good at the end of it. I take the full dose of three capsules per day. They are large, but I have no trouble swallowing them. I now buy in bulk directly from Dietapplements' website. I get 4 bottles each time (so 4 months' worth). I am determined to never run out of these because they have made a genuine difference to my health. I consider every penny I spend on these money extremely well spent. An investment in my health. It took about three weeks - one month to start noticing the benefits; after continuous use I'm enjoying these benefits daily. They don't wear off. Although I feel good in general, I suffer from some key vitamin deficiences - I discovered this after experiencing notable hairloss/shedding and having blood tests done to try and find out why. I also did a huge amount of research as to what I can take to naturally combat the shedding. These included, specifically type 1 and type 3 marine collagen, vitamin E, iron, biotin, silica (horsetail), zinc, copper (to balance zinc) etc. I never thought that I would find a clean supplement, without any bulking agents etc, that would include all of these, certainly not in local health shops etc, but then I discovered Dietapplements on Amazon. I had a look on their website and found a product borne of the same values and emphasis on quality and safety that I look for when putting anything into my body. It is clear that this family business really cares and is passionate about their products. It is too early to tell the impact of these on my hair, but they include an abundance of ingredients that are vital to ones daily health and well being. Although easy to swallow, I prefer to empty the capsule contents and take as a powder. Really thrilled to have discovered this producer.

think i have seen a difference in my nails after a month or two i seem to be cutting them more. Dont think hair yet

I take statin drugs as I'm diabetic and have heart failure. I have researched the ingredients as I take 27 prescription drugs each day, I cannot afford to take harmful fillers, so these caught my attention straight away. I know biotin works as I've been using it for 3 years, has hasn't made my hair grow back but has thickened my hair. I've been using this product for 3 weeks or so and can see a difference in reduction in fine lines and skin is in better condition, nails grow fast and the ridges men often get are fading and splitting nails are reducing. To be honest these are bombers in size but somehow they are easy to take. I take 1 bolus with a cup full of water, let that go down then take another to a maximum of 3 each with the same process. There is no after taste like other supplements I've tried. I just can't take 2 or 3 at once, they take ages to move past the oesophagus. I'm 65, my twilight years wishes are no fat belly, stay slim and to keep my hair. I have high hopes for this product and will review again in 3 months. Remember, buy cheap buy twice.. I love it! I love – love – biotin. It makes my hair look amazing and I was thrilled to see the full dose of biotin, 10000mcg, with a full dose of collagen. It’s like 2 products in 1. Great value for money. I’m also impressed by all the other ingredients, the greens, the berries and the botanicals. Generous dose of turmeric, I must say. You can’t go wrong with this fine nutrition. Capsule is average size and slippery so easy to swallow, no bad odour whatsoever. I love that these collagen tablets are made in the UK

Sucked in by reviews and this is my honest optionion I have a lot of experience in taking collagen. Iv taken many collagen supplements and some iv used on the past have amazed me .. I did stick to one but they discontinued it that’s why I was in hunt for another good one so I stumbled across this one and I can say I’m disappointed. The ingredient list caught my eye and the reviews where all positive so I’m confused because nails are still chapping and so is my hair falling … you might have to take three piles to see be if it I don’t know but it’s just a Shame.

Been using this since I went through surgical menopause. Decided recently to change to a cheaper brand. Massive mistake! Noticed my hair coming out more after a month of changing supplement. I’ve now gone back to this. It’s absolutely worth the money. Don’t be fooled by cheap alternatives. 100% worth the price!
