Dukes Waffy Chocolate flavoured rolls (300g)

It’s very good , love it but the issue is that when I got it at home the whole chocolates were broken and it’s almost like it’s powdered. I contacted the Customer care and Amazon offered me either for a refund or Replacement so um satirised with this overall.

I was scared to order seeing the first review, but I anyway ordered because the price was just 125 compared to 250 in shops. I ordered Four quantities. Yes, most of the sticks were broken, but not in the way described by other comments. It was like most were cut in half-length which is totally fine, and infact it was better for me as I can simply eat half sticks every time rather than a long stick. All the four products I received had zero damage to the exterior or packing and the product was manufactured just couple of weeks ago. It is just that vibrations while travelling in vehicles over long distances may break such delicate food items.

All sticks came broken and powder. No feel of eating as choco sticks and they are not crisp also and too sweet .
