I love this as a multi-tasker..body or hair freshener and also as a face toner, but might not be for everyone. As having more mature skin these days it works. It has quite a strong essential oil fragrance, but soon fades and doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky or oily. This is my 2nd or 3rd bottle. I use it everyday and lasts ,more or less, about 1 month. I like using natural products as much as I can and this fits the bill.

I struggle with depression, anxiety and getting to sleep at night has been super hard. I've taken melatonin which has sort of helped but at times where I'm feeling anxious or I'm finding it hard to sleep I spray this a few times on my pillow. The scent is extremely lovely, it reminds me of the smell some massage places use in combination with relaxing music. When I close my eyes and focus on the scent then I sleep in no time. Give it a go, I highly recommend it.

Didn’t smell as good as I assumed .

This spray is excellent. Since starting to use it I get to sleep much easier and feel a lot better for it. It is recommended to just spray two pumps max three on your pillow. Too much spray has the opposite affect as you can feel like you are being smothered in lavender etc. Definitely recommend. Dieser Spray is einfach super. Seitdem ich ihn nutze schlafe ich viel leichter ein und fühle mich dafür viel besser. Es wird empfohlen zweimal max dreimal auf dem Kissen zu sprühen. Zuviel Spray hat ein gegenteiliger affekt da man das gefühl bekommt in Lavendel zu ersticken. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Odeur très agréable et très apaisante
