it kept warm extremely well, beyond my expectation. quality was exceptional.

I have the same one at home and it worked very well. Thus, I bought this new one for personal use at the office use. However, it doesn't maintain high temperature well. Water turn to about 40 degree within. The exterior looks stylish and an a good piece in the kitchen or office.
