Replacement clip? what size? - i can’t find the size as the male portion of all of these fall off. any guidance?

Just standard clip and buckle, maybe 0.7". You can buy a replacement at the local bike store. I bought this kids helmet for my granddaughter the year before as her Christmas present. She likes its shiny color and it still works well. So I guess it probably won't come off that easily. And they seem to have a warranty but i'm not sure the exact time limit. You can try to contact the seller.

Ask your niece what colors she likes. What color is her bike or scooter?? Ask your sister or brother what they think. Good on you for caring about your niece but yer seriously overthinkin' this. Great helmet by the way. The single knob sizing adjustability is really convenient.
