Q: Is this a roll up pen?

No. It’s not roll up. You’ll need a sharpener when it dulls.

Q: Can you swim with it on??

Of all eyeliners I’ve used, I’d say this is the most waterproof I’ve encountered. I haven’t tested it while swimming, but I have taken post-workout rinse showers with it on and it didn’t budge much. Hard to say for sure because I always wear eyeliner with mascara and mascara always runs in water it seems.
