Fusion Muscle Deep Tissue Percussion Muscle Massager Gun for Athletes Pain Relief Therapy (White)

At 69 years old I still try to stay active. I play golf, pickleball, and softball along with taking daily bike rides and/or walks. I love the physical workout I get from these activities, but as most people over 60 can attest, they can take quite a toll on my muscles.This percussion gun is one of the best purchases I’ve made in years! I feel great after just a few minutes of using this massager and I know it has helped alleviating the problem I had with muscle cramping in my legs.But I found something even better than the massager itself and that is the customer service from this company. I lost the charger that came with the unit while moving so I’ll called their customer service line and spoke to a man named Sam. He was extremely helpful in resolving my problem and I couldn’t be happier with his service.I would definitely recommend purchasing this product from this company.

I bought a Fusion massager and was not satisfied. I put up a review stating the reasons (please see below). You know, you do these reviews never expecting anything to happen. The massager just did not fit with what I thought or wanted it to do. I agree with the seller that it is a good machine. I did not expect such a quick and satisfactory response. I was refunded my purchase amount in full. Please do NOT be hesitant to order from this seller. I was pleasantly surprised, in fact, amazed they handled the issue so well.Original review: I was disappointed in that it will pinch your fingers if you don't watch out, and even on No 2 it is too strong. I wish I had returned it. I suppose it is good for what it does, but there are a lot better massagers out there.

Final UpdateIf you read all of this review youa re going to read the back and forth I had with this product. After posting a two star review the company contacted me and want to give me another unit to test.It took quite a while for the new massager to arrive but affive it did and it has been working for weeks ever since.I have to say this is fantastc customer service like I have never experieinced before and I want to change my rating to a 4 star (perhaps a 5 would be even more accurate) for their exceptional care and concern.Buy this unit and buy it with confidence that this company will make it right if there are any problems.ANOTHER UPDATE -The company offered to replace the defective unit and I told them I have already bought a different brand but I would let my son try the new replacement and buy it for him.OK- so today it came and if it works and my son likes it I will buy it for him-- I will keep you posted. By the way it would have been nice to have them send a message that it was coming.If it works I will rewrite this and update my ratings which I just gave them an extra star moving from 1 to 2 for their efforts.Just for the record I did research on this unit and 7000 reviews are positive. So I left the charger in over night and still nothing.When it worked it was GREAT.Wonderful displayPenetrating massage for a week and then returned.Easy to return on Amazon and now buying another hand held massage gun.Look at all of the reviews--Same thing over and over again-- Stops working after a few days use-- Hope they can fix this problem because I really liked the carrying case and the attachments

Got this for my girlfriend for a Christmas gift and she loves it to death. She's been hitting the gym with me and .. is not a huge fan of being sore all the time, lol. Saw this online somewhere and mentioned it to me so I sneakily added it to her Christmas list as I knew she prooooobably wouldn't buy it for herself - totally surprised her and she's constantly marveling at how much she loves it and how much better it makes her feel. That makes me very happy I got it for her. :-)In addition to THAT - she somehow misplaced her power pack/cord and the two we ordered were nowhere near a correct fit so I contacted Sam here and they totally hooked us up with a replacement! Above and beyond with the after purchase support! Thanks so much and if you're on the fence about getting one, just doooo eeeeeeeeeeeeettt!!

I like a good strong,deep massage! Every massager I've purchased, I end up putting the speed/power to its max! I met my match on this one!! I don't know how hard the highest setting goes because I haven't got past 3 yet! It's a different kind of massage from the other 3 I have, so not use to the type of massage it's giving yet. I am not complaining that's for sure. I still haven't tried all the different tools to see how each massages.This for sure is a 5 star rating!!The ONLY thing I don't like is that I wish the handle was longer to reach down my back! I'd be able to relax when doing this. I have to get in a weird twist to get to certain spots on my back.
