Loving Yourself Properly

Sylvester McNutt III has done it again! I have collected his books for years. When “ The Dear Queen Journey: A Path To Self Love” came out and I finished reading it…it truly touched me. And before I knew it I was hooked, purchasing every book he has released. The way Sylvester words things is truly magical. Reading “Loving Yourself Properly” truly did open my eyes and reminded me of a few things I had forgotten to do when it came to self love. His books have helped me a lot and sometimes I open them to just feel good. Loving Yourself Properly had me laughing, in tears and just truly did touch me. Bravo Sylvester!!! Once again, you have created a beautiful book! I absolutely recommend this book along with the rest he has written !!

Pages are falling out of the book. No well binding.As far substance of the book it has some good concepts. Authors idea of feeling shame is not passing his college class. So hard to relate as I feel a true sense of shame but as a human maybe shame is shame no matter if it’s not passing a class or some feeling deep shame for oneself. That is the human question

This book was amazing. I’ve purchased several of Sylvester’s book, and they’re all outstanding, but Loving Yourself Properly was out of the park. It was gentle, it was loving, and it just felt so refreshing and kind. It brought to light many things I tried keeping in the dark and allowed me to delve deeper into a path of soul healing during a difficult time in my life. 5 stars ⭐️ don’t hesitate to purchase!
