Fantastic Product
My little three legged chihuahua was great at pulling off muzzles getting out of the nail trimming hammock. This was the perfect solution, he didn’t fuss at all and we trimmed his nails with no problem.

A life saver for kitty quarantine!
Our 3-month kitty Leon got himself into trouble and has to be quarantined from us and the other kitties for FOUR MONTHS! This kitty space helmet was a life saver! He was allowed to be in the same room with us, but we had to remove any possibility that he could bite us. We bought him a large kennel and put it in the main room of the house so he wasn't isolated. But poor Leon just wanted to run around and play. My sister, who is a vet, found this muzzle/helmet and suggested we give it a try. It's perfection! The first time or two we put it on him was a bit of a fight. But now he knows when we put it on him, it means he can run free, so he holds still and purrs while we strap it on. If your kitty isn't struggling against it, it's a breeze to put on. Put kitty’s head through a velcro loop; clasp the clam shell closed over kitty's head; then tighten the velcro loop around his neck. (The velcro loop sits against the edge of the helmet, so there's no chance of it becoming too tight.) The helmet has lots of airholes, and after a bit of getting used to, it doesn't seem to restrict Leon's movement or play time much. (Except he can't bite his toys.) He can even fit through the cat-door while wearing it to get to the basement if he wants to explore down there. He can even drink water through it - he sinks the helmet in the cat fountain bowl, and water seeps through and he can drink. We leave it on him from 1 - 3 hours when we're home to supervise him and he's as happy as Major Tom up in outer space. And it's sort of adorable. This would be a good alternative to a cone, and for cats who bite when you're grooming them/cutting nails. Space Kitty Leon Redbone gives it Two Paws Up!

From hissing to purring!
This is a great invention! It has saved me from hissy, squirmy cats who don't want their nails trimmed. I use it daily on my handicapped cat who requires diaper changes. He went from complaining/growling to actually purring when I put it on him. Go figure?! It has given me MUCH peace and security from getting scratched or bit. The helmet has survived a few drops on the floor as well. It does have large air holes on two sides, so they can breathe. They also look like cute little bubble-head astronauts when they wear it. Ha! My only complaint is that the velcro seems to be losing its grip and the helmet has come loose. Granted I've been using it daily for 9 months. I will most likely replace the velcro with some heavy duty velcro straps which I shouldn't imagine to be too hard to do as it is not sewn in.

THIS WORKS!
Works like a charm. We went months without clipping his nails and then found this- it made it doable. And it looks hilarious so that’s a nice bonus. Our little Astro-cat. LOL

The item was flimsy
I bought this item to help me with cutting my cat’s claws. She only has back claws. They are not too long. Remember, you do not want to go past the blood line on the toe nail. It is just like ours. That would hurt them and put them bad pain. The item is made of plastic and was not easy to work with, very flimsy, the item was very thin, not thick. My cat pulled away from the inside because she could not breathe. I could not get it to fit together properly. I could not get it to snap it fit perfectly together when I tried it out at first away from my cat, but it had Velcro only so if you have a tiny cat, that would be good for it but not a medium size or a large cat. My cat is a medium size build I would say. Once I buy an item I do not return it because I am buying it and it is my responsibility to actually buy it. It’s not the company to give me money.

Works for bathing/trimming nails.
Price: Meh for some plastic, could be cheaper. Cone: Decent, neck tightness not adjustable. It's quality is decent, it never slipped off my cat when bathing. Works? Definitely. If you need to bathe your cat, but they turn into psychopaths, this is a must. Our cat use to heavily struggle. After we put this bubble on, she kind of got the idea and gave up for the most part.

Amazing project
I use this to groom my female Maine coon she hates to be groomed and this makes it a much safer way of doing it. It doesn’t hurt her and keeps me from being scratched.

Great For Nail Trims!
My cat is usually sweet, but she HATES nail trims. Her reaction is always to bite hard and not let go. This bubble-muzzle worked great! It’s easy to take on and off, and is made of thick plastic so it seems like it would be hard to break. I like that cats have “range of motion” as the bubble fits like a collar around their neck. I’ve tried “over the mouth” muzzles in the past and they always distressed my cat. My poor cat tried to bite me several times while I was giving her a nail trim, but the “bubble” stopped her. She gave up after a minute and actually became much calmer. She was able to move her ears, talk to me, and turn her head. I had treats ready to go when the bubble came off, and she seemed pretty chill, AND she no longer had sharp nails!

Si le tuviera que poner una pega, igual la bisagra de cierre es un poco débil, pero una vez puesta la tira de velcro queda bastante segura e imposible que el gato se la quite. Cumple su función.

It's perfect for us. We have a Siberian forest cat, and it fits her Our cat has a problem and eats anything silicone (3000€ surgery because of blocked intestine), so we put it on her and she can wander the house. It doesn't bother her too much, and she only has it on for short periods.
